Clinic Policies

CONSULTATION REQUIRMENTS:

All new consultations will require a pre-consultation/ medical history form to be filled in. Please check and review clinic forms sent to your email at the time on booking, which is to be filled before your consultation. Failure to review and submit your pre-consultation form 24 hours before your visit will automatically cancel your appointment.

BOOKING POLICY:

For smooth running of our clinic, 24 hours cancellation policy applies with all appointments, subject to a no show and late cancellation fee of $90.

For all newly scheduled procedures/ programs, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required and applied to your treatment cost.

CLINIC LOCATION:

Parking is available on Premier Lane, behind our building, providing 1 hour free parking.

If arriving by public transport, we are 5 min walk from Kings Cross Station and 20min walk from Town Hall station.
